The audio ads are no longer then 5 seconds. That's long enough to get the attention of the listener and short enough not to get irritated by the ad.

Imagine that you are sitting
at your computer in Brooklyn, NY it's 11:00am and
you surf to a website that has the PPP code placed
and a short commercial plays while you wait for the
web page to load that says:

"Stop by Luigi's Pizza for
lunch buy one pizza get another free see us at 3rd
and main"

It's 11:00am, you're hungry
and thinking about lunch. Luigi over at Luigi's
Pizza (fictitious example) called in a 5 second ad,
chose to have his ad run to only the Brooklyn, NY
area between 10:30am and 11:30am, Monday - Friday.
